Hi there!
I'm Francesca, the heart and soul behind Neeve. My journey to founding this brand was not a conventional one, but it's one deeply rooted in resilience, introspection, and a passion for positive change.
At 31, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma. Brain surgery to remove the growing tumour meant saying goodbye to my left cochlear nerve, along with 50% of my balance and my complete left-sided hearing. Recovery brought challenges I could never have imagined — facial paralysis, complications, and the need to relearn the simplest things most of us take for granted.
In life’s toughest seasons, beauty still finds a way to bloom.
Yet it was in that stillness, during months of recovery, that something beautiful began to take root. I started questioning everything I put in and on my body. I realised how many everyday products were filled with unpronounceable ingredients and wrapped in marketing claims that didn’t tell the whole truth.
Spending months reevaluating the products I'd used for years,
I saw a gap - for safe, trustworthy products that didn’t force people to choose between their health, the planet, and their budget.From that moment, my mission was clear: to create a brand with a soul, one that prioritises people’s well-being and the health of our planet without ever compromising on effectiveness.
